The 2025–2030 strategic planning is the result of a collective process that brought together more than 250 people and institutions from different sectors, territories, and generations, with a focus on the possible futures of civil society.

This plan is organized around five interconnected strategic pillars. Together, they form an action framework that seeks to enhance advocacy, expand collective impact, and strengthen the sector in the face of a complex global context, with a focus on the Global South and a clear commitment to innovation, participation, and sustainability.

At RACI, we are convinced that these feedback processes are essential to strengthening transparency, improving the quality of our work, and consolidating relationships with the various stakeholders involved. Accordingly, we invite you to use both spaces we provide with the seriousness and responsibility they deserve; at RACI, we commit to ensuring that everything received will be handled with strict confidentiality and respect.

Democracy

We promote a strong democratic culture by strengthening institutions, civic values, and citizen participation at all levels.

Civic Space

We defend a safe, open, and enabling environment where organizations can operate, express themselves, and advocate without restrictions.

Technologies

We promote the ethical and strategic use of technologies to strengthen civil society, counter disinformation, and expand access to information.

Leadership

We support the training and participation of new leaders, especially young people, promoting diverse, inclusive, and collaborative leadership.

Narratives

We revalue the role of civil society through the construction of our own narratives that inspire, mobilize, and connect with the common good.
