Este fue llevado a cabo en nuestro <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fnv.org.ar\/coworkingsocial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cowork para organizaciones sociales<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, uno de nuestros grandes logros, y, al finalizar, tuvimos la oportunidad de repasar algunos de los hitos de la gesti\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entre tantos logros, algunos fueron:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pol\u00edticas institucionales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Construcci\u00f3n de una RACI m\u00e1s federal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procesos de di\u00e1logo y reflexi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crecimiento del equipo: contexto de desaf\u00edo de rotaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reingenier\u00eda interna y estabilizaci\u00f3n, pese a los cambios.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creaci\u00f3n del coworking social.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por todo eso y mucho m\u00e1s, adem\u00e1s de haber sido un sost\u00e9n y pilar fundamental para nuestra instituci\u00f3n, queremos despedir a los miembros del comit\u00e9 saliente 2020-2022, que han puesto su compromiso y dedicaci\u00f3n al servicio del crecimiento de la Red Argentina para la Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional.
